Are you tired of 'disappearing' warranties when a manufacturer doesn't honor the promises they made in their warranty? We fully honor all manufacturers' warranties. We only sell products from reputable manufacturers. Should the manufacturer not be able to honor a warranty, we will. You can buy with confidence because we'll be here with free technical support (for our customers) and service should you need it. We've even been known to honor warranties for machines we didn't sell!

We don't believe in having you wait on hold for 20-30 minutes because "you are important to us." We strive to have someone available to take your call when you call, but that's not always possible.
