Are you tired of 'disappearing' warranties when a manufacturer doesn't honor the promises they made in their warranty? We fully honor all manufacturers' warranties. We only sell products from reputable manufacturers. Should the manufacturer not be able to honor a warranty, we will. You can buy with confidence because we'll be here with free technical support (for our customers) and service should you need it. We've even been known to honor warranties for machines we didn't sell!

Customer Relations

Our sales and support staff continuously undergoes arduous training to properly support our customers before, during and after the acquisition of our products. We want you to be able to get the answers you need, when you call.

We don't believe in having you wait on hold for 20-30 minutes because "you are important to us." We strive to have someone available to take your call when you call, but that's not always possible. If your customer service representative is not available, leave a message in their voice mail and they will call you back. We recognize that your time is valuable, so we won't leave you sitting on hold.
