Die-Cut labels
DuraLabel offers a variety of die-cut labels that can satisfy any industrial application, including RTK and arc-flash labeling, and health and safety labels.
Blank Die-Cuts
Blank die-cuts can be used to identify panels, drums, bins, equipment, boxes, material baskets, and doors among many other applications throughout a workplace.
Print your own designs on the Die-Cut Blank Labels using a DuraLabel PRO printer and its accompanied Industrial Labeling Software, or style a template with word processing software you already use.
Die-Cut Blank labels are specially designed for print using a DuraLabel PRO printer. Their print-receptive clay-coating combines with the DuraLabel's thermal transfer printing to produce text and graphics that are resistant to fading, cracking and peeling.
Arc Flash Labels
Arc Flash labels are required by OSHA to be present in every industrial workplace where arc flash hazards are present. Die-cut arc flash labels are entirely compliant with OSHA standards and come with either an orange "Warning" header or a red "Danger" header.
Use the Industrial Labeling Software with your DuraLabel PRO printer to choose the proper PPE for your hazard, as well as pictograms and text to maximize worker safety.
Arc flash labels come in standard 4" x 6" sizes, as well as the 6.8" x 10.5" SUPER SIZE. These extra-wide arc flash labels are intended for use with the DuraLabel 7000 and DuraLabel 9000 wide format printers. Their large size effectively communicates arc flash hazard to workers far beyond the range of required PPE.
RTK Labels
Die-Cut RTK Labels effectively communicate material hazards in industrial work settings. RTK Color-Bar die-cut labels are graphically formatted to improve readability and increase compliance with OSHA's "Right-to-Know" standards.
Color Bar RTK labels provide a big font for work personell to easily interpret "Health", "Flammability" and "Reactivity" hazard classifications. They are commonly used to identify the contents of drums, drum lockers, bins, shelving, boxes, and more.
Color Bars, along with NFPA Diamond Labels that color-code hazard communication, are very durable and capable of standing up to the harshest of working environments. They are designed for DuraLabel PRO printers and can be customized using the Industrial Labeling Software.
