DuraCut 24 Vinyl Rolls

DuraCut 24 Vinyl comes in 15 inch and 24 inch rolls in 30 colors (see below). It may be used indoors or outdoors.

DuraCut vinyl is a polished polymeric flexible calendared vinyl. It is highly flexible, durable, and resistant to sunlight, which allows it to be used in most any application both indoors and outdoors. Vinyls can be used with the DuraCut 24 to produce OSHA safety signs, general facility signs, vehicle lettering and graphics, architectural signage, window and glass door lettering and graphics, commercial-retail signage, point-of-purchase graphics and decals, and many other cut vinyl applications.

DuraCut vinyl may be applied at temperatures above 40 degrees F. The service temperature range is -40 to +200 degrees F. The average outdoor life is five years under normal exposure conditions.

Technical Specifications: Adhesion to stainless steel is 40 oz/in. when tested according to PSTC-1 with 24 hour dwell at 70 degrees F and 50% relative humidity. DuraLabel vinyl is 3.0 mil thick with a 0.8 to 1.0 mil adhesive and a 4.5 mil liner (thickness variance is +/- 10%). DuraLabel vinyl uses a 200-5000 permanent acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive.
