Simple to use - There is not much involved in using a Varitronics poster printer. Set the contrast control to light, medium or dark, depending on the contents of your original. Then feed your original into the scanner built into the top of the poster printer, press the PRINT button, and your poster is printed in as little as 60 seconds.
Compact and convenient - The ProImage’s small footprint conserves valuable space: width: 28.1", depth: 12.4", height: 8.5". This means you can keep it close by in a convenient location.
LCD display - A clear 16 character liquid crystal display provides a variety of user information and operation status messages.
Photo printing capability -The Plus 3000’s gray-scale scanning capability means that photographs and halftones can be included on your posters and signs.
Reverse Printing - Produce dramatic and varied effects by reversing the printing on your scanned originals. For example, instead of printing black text on white paper, you can print white text on black paper. Since the ink is built into the paper, unlike ink jet printing, there is no additional ink useage and associated higher ink cost. This feature will, in effect, double the available color selections.
Choice of output sizes - The Varitronics Plus 3000 creates posters, signs and banners using 17" and 23" paper widths.
Easy-to-use cutter - Get a clean, reliable cut every time. The ceramic-wheel cutting mechanism is reliable, and cuts clean in either direction.
