SpillTech Pads

Universal AirLaid Mat Pads

AirLaid Mat Pads conform to tight places to wipe down and thoroughly clean any piece of equipment. Crumple, fold, and squeeze it, and the AirLaid Mat Pad will bounce back into form with polypropylene fibers interlaid between two layers of resilient SpunBond. Use it to clean applications as small as pipe wrapping.

The inner layer of air-filled polypropylene fibers provides a pocket of air that attracts and absorbs high volumes of liquid, and does so quickly. The pads are produced with top and bottom layers of densely-woven strands of fiber that increase surface area to quickly soak up liquids before they spread.

PolyBacked Pads

PolyBacked Pads provide an extra layer of ground protection that prevent liquid spills from reaching your floors.

They can be used for a variety of liquids, ranging from oil, coolants, solvents, and water. With MeltBlown polyproylene layed in the middle, PolyBacked Pads are virtually indestructible and can resist foot traffic while still soaking up spills quickly.

MultiLaminate Mat Pads

MultiLaminate Mat Pads are made extra durable for tough applications. Their outer layers are made of HeavyWeight SpunBond material that is design to resist tears and abrasion. Ideal for machinery, including use as liners for oily parts and tools.

Its High-loft MeltBlow inner layers is highly absorbant and wicks up liquid fast. Use MultiLaminate Mat Pads for any application, including oils, coolants, solvents, and water.

SonicBonded Pads

SonicBonded Pads feature a higher loft than other standard mats, providing greater effeciency while not sacrificing any absorbency. It can take in 30 times its own weight in liquids.

Like other the other SpillTech pads, SonicBonded Pads feature MeltBlown polypropylene for a high surface area that enables quick absorbancy of all types of liquid.
